A Wish Upon a Star for Sera Fina

Dreams do come true. Just ask Paul and Whitney Scotto who are counting their lucky stars for the success of their winery, Sera Fina Cellars - that's Italian for "fine evening."

A first generation winery, Sera Fina comes with winemaking experience spanning back five generations. At this point, one could even say their family is wine

"Sera Fina is a tribute to my family's winemaking history," said Paul.

“My grandfather taught me about winemaking, the old fashioned way – starting with cleaning barrels, working on the bottling line and picking grapes."

Combining his roots of traditional winemaking with modern techniques, Paul creates classic Italian and Rhone style wines that are well balanced and food friendly.

Their two tasting rooms offer an unstuffy and playful atmosphere - a reflection of their motto, Relax. You're at Sera Fina.

"The stars that fill the evening sky inspired our name and label. We hope a glass of Sera Fina will inspire you too," Paul said.

Now that sounds like one fine evening.
