Culinary Creations at 1850 Cellars
One of the hidden gems at 1850 Cellars is Carolyn Hoffman, tasting room manger and culinary artist. Carolyn, a graduate of The California Culinary Academy, has put her creativity, knowledge and skill into developing an ever changing menu of local items to please any palette and complement each 1850 Cellars wine. In addition to the rotating small plates 1850 Cellars also offers wine cocktails perfect to sip while warming up and enjoying this charming Sutter Creek tasting room.
Enjoy a cheese and charcuterie board; select 3 items from a rotating menu. They will be served with warm sourdough bread, olives, pickles, peppers, fig jam, honeycomb and apple.
There are three seasonal flatbreads, each one is carefully crafted from locally foraged items.
Choose a small plate; baked brie, hummus and veggies, or an artichoke jalapeno dip.
The Autumn sangria’s are inspired by local fruit, holiday pies, and the smell of Fall.
1850 Cellars offers a unique culinary experience with each sip of delicious wine. The only difficult part will be choosing which delectable item to enjoy with wine or seasonal befitting sangria. Enjoy this award winning wine, the culinary expertise of a passionate tasting room manager, and a beautiful tasting room at 1850 Cellars.
