Just a short drive from Sutter Creek, Taste is a James Beard recognized, Zagat-rated, Wine Spectator of Excellence awarded restaurant. Phew. The awards are as plentiful as its cuisine. Although the menu is constantly changing- providing healthy, flavorful, seasonal meals based on the county's bounty- the one dish not to miss is their signature Mushroom Cigars- a delightful mix of crimini, shiitake, oyster mushrooms, fresh herbs and goat cheese wrapped in phyllo.
